I am in the process of starting a blog discussing and reviewing retro video games. In this blog I would like to add pictures and videos of game-play. Would posting these things violate any copyright laws?

I a doing a review for Dragon Age: Origins for my game design class and am wanting to use images such as the cover art and possible screen shots and esrb rating. Do I need to caption the images? Please help me out and please add detail on subject most people who use this net service are looking for more than just a “yes” or “no” answer. Will boost!!!!

I’m thinking of making a video of me reviewing video games (old and new possibly). I want to show footage of the game as well as the box. Do I need permission of the video game company to do this? Please only answer if you know, not if you are guessing.
