I got a video game chair for xmas to replace an old one I had for a few years. the old one is just a bit worn out and not very comfortable to sit in anymore. I really liked it, but they no longer make it. so my girlfriend got me a more expensive model with more features. however, the sound quality is awful. I want to return it and exchange it for a different one, but I want to make sure I’m getting one with comparable quality to the old one I had. is there a website that shows customer reviews of these things?

I’m looking for a good site that offers news on video games with little to no bias. It gets good coverage and previews, it doesn’t have to do game reviews but if it does good ones that might be a plus.

Also if the news site does have a comment/forum section attached to it’s articles it would be best if there were few to no hateful or fan boyish comments.

But any gaming news site would be good, there just don’t seem to be many good ones out there, at least they’re hard to find.
